Because of this, any corrections to orders must be made within two hours of placement. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate order changes (additions or subtractions) unless there are exceptional circumstances, and our customer service team is contacted immediately.
When sending gifts, we recommend notifying the recipient so they can expect their special delivery. Once the package leaves our warehouse, we entrust our shipping partners to deliver your package safely. Upon delivery, we assume the package has been received successfully.
